Email a deletion request

In the app (fastest)

Open Bamen, go to Account, then Delete account, and confirm. Your account and the cloud copy of your progress are removed straight away.

Without the app

Email bamen@bamenlearning.com from the address you signed in with, with the subject “Delete my Bamen account”. We delete the account within 30 days and reply to confirm.

What is deleted

Your account (email address and name) and the copy of your study progress stored with it.

Progress on your phone stays until you uninstall the app or use Account, then Reset all progress.

What is kept

Problem reports you sent about cards are kept to fix the content, with your account ID removed, so they no longer identify you.

Usage, crash and subscription records (PostHog, Sentry, RevenueCat) hold no names or emails. They may carry your account ID, which no longer points to anyone once the account is deleted.

Google Play keeps its own purchase records. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription: cancel it in Google Play, Payments & subscriptions, Subscriptions.
